By creating a BoppoGo account or utilizing our Growth Operating System, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription & Account Services
BoppoGo provides a cloud-based Growth Operating System connecting storefronts, inventory, warehouse logistics, CRM, marketing, and AI tools.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring all customer data complies with applicable laws.
3. Service SLA & Uptime Guarantee
We commit to maintaining a 99.9% platform uptime SLA for core order routing and database transactions.
4. Termination & Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew based on chosen billing terms. Merchants may cancel anytime prior to renewal date.
